The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website, which is owned and operated by BlazinTech company. By accessing or using any materials from this online site, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated below. The company has the right to change this legal notice any time without prior notice.

Security is our top priority. All online transactions are being processed in our secure shopping cart system. To handle all orders with the utmost level of security, no personal information are being detained on our server.


Payments

Customers can make payment through Paypal. If there’s no Paypal account, Paypal can still be used to pay via credit or debit card. BlazinTech must receive the payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) purchased is due prior to delivery. Customers should pay the amount indicated on the invoice.


Delivery Charges

The total cost of purchase will include the price of the product(s) involved, plus the delivery charges included on the invoice.

The information and materials used in this website are provided to the best extent of accuracy and completeness. BlazinTech is doing its best to ensure that all product information is up-to-date and factual. Price, product specification and terms of offers can be changed anytime without notice.

Every registration is for one (1) user only. We do not recommend you to share your login information to other person. This is to protect your account from unauthorized use.

BlazinTech puts forth its best effort to provide a user-friendly online computer shopping site, which is available 24 hours a day. But there will be a time that the website is unavailable or inaccessible temporarily due to regular system maintenance and upgrade.

These terms and conditions, including the policy regarding the product(s) purchased by the customer are the complete and exclusive agreement between BlazinTech and customer.


Return Policy

The sales team of BlazinTech work hard to ensure that all of our customers will receive the product(s) which they order. The purchased product is the product you have ordered on our online site or through phone. All orders are being reviewed before finalizing the order to guarantee exact purchase. But if you received an item different than what you have ordered, we encourage you to return the item to replace it and correct the problem quickly.

We accept returns but it should be requested within 30 days after receiving the product. You should obtain an authorization letter or number from us. Please email or call our customer hotline regarding this authorization.

All returns must have a copy of the original invoice. You may return any “unopened” product(s) within 30 days of delivery to get a full refund. Nonetheless, you as customer will shoulder the expenses in both outbound delivery charges and the return shipping charges.

Also, opened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. This kind of return is subject to a 15% restocking fee. This payment is made for cleaning, testing and repackaging expenses. Both the original outbound shipping charges and the return delivery fees will also be charged to the customer. Open box items must be in good, saleable condition, along with the included components (if applicable).

In some cases, an order is being delivered not by us but directly from the manufacturer site. This special ordering method doesn’t honor product returns. Since the item is straight from the manufacturer, the delivery system is beyond our control. Therefore, it cannot be returned to our warehouse.

For cancellation, it should be done before the shipment of the product. This means that an order cannot be cancelled anymore if you already received the product. In case you refuse your product or you don’t accept your product upon delivery, a certain amount will be deducted to your fund. This includes the roundtrip shipping charges of the item.

We always remind all our customers to inspect first the delivered item(s) to ensure exact order and no defect. In case you have a suspicion that the received item is damaged because the shipment box may seem to have damage outside, please write “possible shipment damage” on the delivery’s receipt copy. And if you see noticeable damage on your purchased product, please notify us immediately so that we can quickly process any claims and replace the product.

Some products being offered have return period of 10 days only. So, we also encourage our customers to use the product and test if there’s any defect. All defective items are subject for testing from us before honoring some claims.
